DIY WOOD BURNED Pyrography Boho Feather

DIY WOOD BURNED BOHO FEATHER by NATURA PICTA

WHAT YOU NEED:

Other tools: pencil, eraser.

1) Before you begin the work, take the wooden block and with the sandpaper start to sanding the edges.
This allows you to have a smooth surface and to make a good job.


Meanwhile, take your wood burning tool and let it heat up.


2) With a soft pencil draw a large feather.No matter that it is accurate is only to help you when you start to burn the design.


I suggest this step only if you have some difficulties in drawing ;)

!!! You can draw anything you wish with this procedure !!!

3) When the wood burning tool is hot enough to start to burn.

Add some triangles and

dots around the drawing  (like a frame) to create even more a boho effect.

Repeat twice the lines. 

And voilà, your boho feather is ready !!!

You can have fun to coloring or leave it in a natural look.

I share with you both versions ;) in order to get an idea of how it could be.

And finally with a hammer, put a frame hanger in the back side of the wood.

Now your artwork is ready to hang in any space of your home.
